After joining a MNC for 2 months, I'm happy with my current situation. I see there are some few thing different compare to my previous company.
Below are the thing that i did in previous company:

• I was a QA Engineer in 1 of the local ERP software house which company employee size= 30-40.
  
• I was is the only QA Engineer in that company.
• I was fresh graduate when i first join that company.
• Company did provide internal training. I can say those training are rubbish. I can tell you the reason privately.

The job position of mine in this MNC is System Analyst. I was employed by a guy(very good guy) named Francis. He was my manager. Why? Because he had been promoted to join global team and left our team. After he leave the team, our team is leading by a new manager.
Basically, as what i know, my job scope as below:

• Study specification and requirement from user.
• Solve user problems when encounter system issue.
• Deal with software vendor.
• Doing testing when there have new patch replacement.

Compare to previous company, the job area that i'm handling is become narrow. Previously i test all the module of ERP; now, the module that i need to handle is PO, WO and inventory. Since my senior is taking maternity leave for 2 months, nobody can guild me. That's a challenge for me.

Anyway, I'm satisfy with my current situation and job career. I felt released after leaving that company and now I find that chances is always open for the person who dare to make decision.
I make decision to switch to new environment, I'm lucky and it's good decision!!!
